AIMA JRD Tata Corporate Leadership Award 2016 was conferred upon Mr N Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Sons Ltd. The award was presented by then Hon'ble Vice President of India, Shri M Hamid Ansari.Addressing the session, the Tata Sons chief said that, in his opinion, the most significant quality of leadership was to be aspirational and make people believe in that aspiration. India has to find new innovative models that are accessible in "every nook and corner of the country" he added.
