NCM 2020

AIMA conducted its 4th National Competition for Managers (NCM) on the theme ‘ Managing Change: Achieving Excellence’. The event was held at two regional locations, Delhi and Mumbai, followed by Grand Finale in Delhi on 26th February 2020.

The presentations were judged by Mr Rajeev Bhadauria, Senior Industry Expert, Mercer, Mr Puneet Agarwal, Vice-Chairman, MIET and Ms Nina Chatrath, founder, Enhance Consulting. CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED and Gas Authority Of India Limited emerged as winner of NCM 2020 in Private and PSU category respectively KHS Group and Tata Steel stood Runner-Up I & Runner-Up II respectively in private category and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited stood Runner-Up I & II both in PSU category
