From Efficiency to Flourishing: How Leaders Can Leverage AI to Help People Thrive : Drawing on cutting-edge research in the psychology of AI, this webinar explores the ways AI shapes how people think, feel, and perform—and how leaders can intentionally steer those effects toward human flourishing. The session translates rigorous research into practical insights for designing and leading with AI in ways that build trust, support motivation, and help both people and organizations thrive.

About the Session Chair

Nikhil Sawhney is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Triveni Turbine Limited and a Director on the Board of Triveni Engineering and Industries Limited & Past President of All India Management Association. The Triveni Group holds leadership positions across diverse sectors including sugar manufacturing, alcohol distillation, renewable energy generation, industrial turbines and gears, and water and wastewater treatment, supported by 23 manufacturing facilities, largely in India. Triveni Turbine Limited is among the world’s largest manufacturers of industrial steam turbines and a global leader in renewable energy–based applications, with over 6,000 installations across more than 80 countries. The Company is leading the Energy Transition with the development of several innovation products and solutions, especially utilizing CO2 as a working fluid. Mr Sawhney is a co-founder of the CII–Triveni Water Institute and serves as a trustee of the Tirath Ram Shah Charitable Hospital and the Ananta Aspen Institute. He has held several other leadership roles, including Chairmanship of CII Northern Region and Delhi State and Governor on the Board of IIM Calcutta. He holds a BA and MA from Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

About the Speaker

Roshni Raveendhran is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Leadership and Organizational Behavior area at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a Faculty Fellow with the Batten Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Her research focuses on the future of work and the psychological relationship between people and emerging technologies, with publications in leading academic journals and features in major media outlets. At Darden, she teaches courses including Minds and Machines, Negotiations, and Leading Organizations, and her scholarship has earned several awards, including recognition as one of Poets & Quants’ 40 Best Business School Professors Under 40 and distinctions for teaching and research impact
