Business leaders today are confronted with extraordinary challenges that often resemble ‘black boxes’—complex, unpredictable, and difficult to decode. Geopolitical disruptions and inflationary shocks continue to unsettle markets, while the accelerating pace of technological change adds further layers of uncertainty.
Yet, within this turbulence lies an opportunity for leaders to develop the strategic foresight and leadership agility needed to reimagine purpose, reshape strategies, and recon- figure organizations to build enterprises that are resilient, adaptive, and future-ready. Senior Leadership Retreat aims to connect senior leaders from across industries with visionary leaders and strategists who will share their views and their thought process on navigating through troubled waters.
AIMA’s Senior Leadership Retreat is an interactive onsite learning program designed to enhance leadership skills and your contribution to the next level. Senior leaders from organisations across industries, verticals and functions are eligible to join the retreat.
The Retreat would be conducted in an experience sharing mode and the learning experience will be very intensive and inter-active, encouraging high level of active participation by the delegates. Pedagogy will include sharing of ideas, case studies and group discussions.
The retreat will focus on having a healthy debate on the traits and competencies required to equip senior leaders for the challenges that face them in the future, enabling them to enhance the leadership skills and help them grow their businesses.
