About the Conference Drawn from UN International Women's Day Social Media Campaign Theme 2021 - "Choose to Challenge", Pragati 2021 aims to be a congregation of the young women professionals to challenge themselves, to develop and rise. The two day program aims to share Best Practices in the New Workplace in the spirit of competition and also host a National All-women Quiz. The conference is designed as a Mentoring Program with an attempt at 'Polishing the Diamonds' and "Tapping the Strength within".
