About the Conference
Drawn from UN International Women's Day Social Media Campaign Theme 2021 - "Choose to Challenge", Pragati 2021 aims to be a congregation of the young women professionals to challenge themselves, to develop and rise. The two day program aims to share Best Practices in the New Workplace in the spirit of competition and also host a National All-women Quiz.
The conference is designed as a Mentoring Program with an attempt at 'Polishing the Diamonds' and "Tapping the Strength within".

Session 1 - Inspiration : Learnings through Experiences

The speakers which hail from different fields and vintage will share inspiring experiences of navigating adversity and turning disruptions that they faced into opportunities. As they share their Success Stories, we are reminded of the need to build Agility, Resilience and Purpose driven Focus within ourselves, to survive and thrive.

Session 2 - Empower Yourself : Be Your Best Version

As we leverage accelerated learnings through the Pandemic, whether it is work from home and balance personal and professional lives or using digital technology to the optimum, or indeed adopting changed work styles, we recognize the need to develop the Entrepreneur within and build strength through collaboration. All this and more to challenge ourselves towards being our own Role Model.
