Program Co-Directors
OWP Singapore is co-directed by Professor Mark Greeven and Professor Marleen Dieleman, joined by 20+ faculty experts to inspire participants with fresh perspectives and bold new directions.
Professor Mark Greeven is a Professor of Management Innovation at IMD Business School, with two decades of research, teaching, and consulting experience in China and Asian markets. He specializes in how organizations can drive and sustain innovation amid turbulence and rapid change. His thought leadership has earned him a place on the Thinkers50 Ranking in 2023 and 2025, and he was named among the 30 Next Generation Business Thinkers in 2017.
Professor Marleen Dieleman holds the Peter Lorange Chair in Family Business at IMD Business School, specializing in the strategy, governance, and transformation of emerging market enterprises. She is a leading expert on how business families in emerging markets navigate internationalization, innovation, and long-term organizational change. Her research spans some of the world's most dynamic and complex business environments, offering executives rare insights into emerging market strategy and family business leadership.
