The Stress Management and Resilience Training is designed to help identify, reduce and manage the risk of workplace stress and improve employee resilience and wellbeing. This training provides supportive and practical strategies that helps participants to think about their habits, shift and change, and be their best. The workshop encourages and promotes early identification of stress and uses intervention and prevention techniques, so vital for managing stressors at work. Participants will also be able to build their own personal Stress Resilience and Wellbeing profile, which is essential to on-going prevention.
