To support leaders in their journey to success, AIMA's Mid-level Leadership Development Programme offers experiential practice in a collaborative learning environment. Mid-level managers hold strategic positions within organisations and require sensitisation and value-based interactions to enhance and refine their leadership skills. The following objectives need to be achieved:
