Reset Leadership: From Crisis Renovation to Growth Innovation

Leaders are often tested in times of crisis, and the ability to renovate strategies, approaches, and perspectives becomes impera- tive. The crisis renovation phase acknowledges that setbacks and challenges are not roadblocks but rather opportunities for leaders to reevaluate, adapt, and renew their leadership styles. It involves a conscious effort to learn from the past, address immediate concerns, and establish a solid foundation for the future. During the crisis renovation phase, leaders may need to make tough decisions, foster resilience within their teams, and instill a sense of purpose to overcome adversity.
