Programme Overview

In line with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 to transform the quality of research and doctoral education in India, this intensive 3-day residential programme is designed to empower faculty members with the latest tools, knowledge, and practices to become effective PhD supervisors and research mentors.

This programme will enable participants to navigate evolving research paradigms, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, and lead research initiatives with global impact. Conducted by renowned scholars and research experts from India and abroad, the sessions will blend academic theory with practical guidance, reflective learning and peer exchange.

Programme Fees: INR 50000 + 18%GST (inclusive of accommodation and meals), INR 35000 + 18%GST (includes meals but without accommodation)

  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills for Supervisors
  • Building Research Ecosystems in HEIs
  • Writing, Publishing and Funding Strategies for Institutional Research

Resource Faculty

Sessions will be delivered by a distinguished panel of senior academics, international research mentors & professors with extensive doctoral supervision and research leadership experience.

Certification

Participants will be awarded a Joint Certificate of Participation from AIMA & AIU upon successful completion of the programme.
