In a world where women’s contributions to business and society are increasingly visible, there remains a critical need to grow the pipeline of women leaders. To do so, more women must be encouraged to aspire to and compete for leadership roles—backed by insight, resilience, and strong professional networks.
The AIMA LeadHERship Retreat is a 3-day offsite programme for women professionals focused on learning, growth, and connection. With only 20–25 participants, it offers a close-knit environment for meaningful conversations and networking. The retreat includes interactive sessions, workshops, and talks by inspiring leaders to help women thrive in today’s dynamic business world.
