As the bearer of the state power and accountability, the public sector is expected to deliver the necessary material and intellectual capacity to shape the new economy. The future of the country's economy is linked to the future of the PSUs and the public sector leaders need to find ways to build internal capabilities and external partnerships to perform their leadership role in India's economic transformation.
