Workshop Background

Identify opportunities for profitable growth. Respond and adapt to the challenges in the changing landscape due to rapid global economic trends. Examine the latest concepts, ideas and tools to help align business practices with global economic developments and conditions. Learn to build sustainable and innovative business models.

A Management Development Programme aimed at creating a platform for learning Agility, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving,Collaboration and Innovation with Team Behavior through Gamication. These critical skills are key to effectiveness and higher productivity for the individuals and organisation at large. The programme is designed in a fashion that would bring about the learning of these skills through interesting and contemporary simulation case study. It would also have many interactive games in which the participants would learn while have fun and entertainment.

Workshop Highlights

Simulation on People Management

The Leader Simulation is designed to provide high potential leaders the leadership and business fundamentals needed to advance into positions of greater responsibility within the organization. Participants make critical decisions and apply leadership skills to manage simulated team members and navigate through challenging, realistic situations in a rich simulated environment.

Simulation on Strategic Thinking & Execution

A fast paced real-life simulation of IPL Auction process to give participants an exposure to VUCA environment. Participants need to design and execute a strategy to bid and purchase players during a LIVE bidding process to create their dream team. Participants create their dream team from a pool of players and then they bid for their preferred players during the LIVE auction.

Simulation on Critical Thinking

A murder mystery-themed digital simulation based on critical thinking and analytical skills. Participants in this simulation act as detectives and their task is to solve the murder case and give their verdict on the murderer. Throughout this simulation, they need to gather evidences and analyze them critically to identify the real culprit.

Workshop Objectives

This programme is aimed at improving Agility, boost Critical Thinking, inculcate Problem Solving, encourage Collaboration and foster Innovation, all of it coupled with seamless Team Behaviour.

Workshop Approach

Gamication provides a Virtual Environment for Learning Skills. When employees can practice skills and behavior in a serious game and make mistakes, their learning curve won't impact the overall business. Gamifying training helps your employees build the skills they need to achieve business results.

Programme Certificate

Upon the successful completion of the programme, participants will be conferred a Leadership Development Programme Certicate awarded by All India Management Association.

Mode of Administration

The experiential training would be conducted over 3 sessions including simulations. After every sessions and round of simulation, a debrief session shall be conducted where-in important concepts shall be discussed and results of the participants shall be reviewed.
