31st Convocation of AIMA-CME is scheduled on 7th August 2026 at New Delhi. Diploma/Certificates of PGDM, PGCM, Module-3rd (specialization) and other management programmes will be awarded to the students who have successfully completed their respective programmes as per AIMA policy.

All the awardees of PGDM (Batch – January 2023 & July 2023), PGCM (Batch – July 2024 & January 2025) whose names appear in the Tentative List are invited to attend the convocation. Parents/spouses are cordially invited to be a part of the convocation ceremony. All eligible graduates are requested to complete their registration to attend the convocation ceremony in person by 31st July 2026. Participants are advised to ensure timely registration to avoid any inconvenience.
Note: Students who are unable to attend the Convocation are required to pay a registration fee of Rs.2,000 through the student portal to receive their Diploma/Certificate. By opting for dispatch of the diploma/certificate to the student's registered permanent address, the student acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any risks, losses, or delays that may occur during transit. AIMA shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising during the delivery process.
