About the Retreat

In an increasingly unpredictable business environment, leaders must navigate geopolitical disruptions, economic uncertainty and rapid technological change. The ability to anticipate shifts, challenge assumptions and adapt strategies has become essential to building resilient, future-ready organisations.

Against this backdrop, AIMA presents its 14th Senior Leadership Retreat (SLR), bringing together senior executives and thought leaders for candid discussions, strategic dialogue and an exchange of perspectives on leading through uncertainty.

Chaired by Mr Sunil Kant Munjal, Past President, AIMA, the Retreat will feature distinguished business leaders and experts, including Mr Vishal Kampani, President, AIMA and Vice Chairman & Managing Director, JM Financial Ltd.; Lt. Gen. Virendra Vats, Director General, National Cadet Corps (NCC); Mr Srinivas Dempo, Chairman, Dempo Group of Companies; Mr Suresh Narayanan, Author and Former Chairman & Managing Director, Nestlé India; Mr Santosh Desai, CEO, Futurebrands India; and Mr Saurabh Mukherjea, Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Marcellus Investment Managers.

A key differentiator of the Retreat is its small-cohort format, creating an environment for deeper engagement with speakers, meaningful peer interactions and informal conversations beyond the sessions. The three-day experience offers senior leaders an opportunity to step away from their daily responsibilities, reflect on critical leadership challenges and explore fresh approaches to strategy and organisational resilience.

Why Attend?

  • Strategic Foresight: Explore ways to anticipate disruption and respond to emerging business challenges.
  • Leadership Agility: Develop perspectives on leading through uncertainty and organisational change.
  • Insights from Eminent Leaders: Engage with accomplished business leaders and experts across industries.
  • Peer Learning: Exchange experiences and perspectives with fellow senior executives.
  • Meaningful Dialogue: Benefit from in-depth discussions and informal interactions in an intimate setting.

Who Should Attend?

The Retreat is designed for senior executives, business leaders and decision-makers responsible for shaping organisational strategy, leading transformation and navigating complex business environments.

AIMA invites organisations to nominate senior leaders who would benefit from strategic dialogue, peer learning and fresh perspectives on leadership in an increasingly uncertain world.
