AIMA’s Senior Leadership Retreat is an interactive onsite learning program designed to enhance leadership skills and your contribution to the next level. Senior leaders from organisations across industries, verticals and functions are eligible to join the retreat.

Methodology

The Retreat would be conducted in an experience sharing mode and the learning experience will be very intensive and interactive, encouraging high level of active participation by the delegates. Pedagogy will include sharing of ideas, case studies and group discussions

Participation Fee: Rs. 1,25,000 + 18% GST per participant which includes the programme fee, cost of accommodation and meals as per itinerary.
