About the Programme
Leadership is not just about managing today's challenges; it is about building institutions, developing people and creating a legacy.
Set in Jamshedpur, a city shaped by the pioneering vision of Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata and the enduring legacy of Tata Steel, AIMA’s 11th Leadership Development Programme (LDP) offers a distinctive opportunity for mid-level professionals to broaden their leadership perspective and prepare for greater responsibilities.
Chaired by Mr Suresh Dutt Tripathi, Former CHRO, Air India and Tata Steel Ltd., the three-day programme brings together insights from CEOs, HR leaders, Armed Forces veterans, leadership coaches and experts in innovation and emerging technologies. Through interactive sessions, experiential learning and institutional visits, participants will explore strategic thinking, design thinking, emotional intelligence, AI and technology, and effective people management.
AIMA’s LDP has travelled across India, with previous editions held in Jim Corbett, Lucknow, Lonavala, Jaipur, Coorg, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Gangtok and Darjeeling. Its distinctive approach combines cross-industry perspectives with regional expertise and practical leadership lessons. The Jamshedpur edition builds on this legacy, drawing inspiration from the city's rich industrial heritage and its contribution to institution-building and organisational excellence.
The programme is designed for mid-level managers identified by their organisations for larger roles and responsibilities, who wish to strengthen their leadership capabilities, navigate complexity and contribute more effectively to organisational performance.
