Mr Sanjay Grover is Director at All India Management Association – AIMA, Local Management Associations & Membership Department and Young Leaders Council (YLC).

He has over 40 years of experience in handling key activities of the organizations he has served.

Before joining All India Management Association in 2008, he worked with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 24 years. During his tenure, he managed several responsibilities spreading across various functions such as Corporate Communications, Image and Brand Building, Event management etc. and also developed strong working relationship with various affiliated associations and developmental bodies, Government departments at the Centre and States, Indian missions overseas, Government officials and agencies of various countries, CII MoU partners etc.
