Training programme for Non-financial managers on financial aspects of
business to take better management decisions

To be well a rounded, effective and result oriented manager it is important to be financial savvy. To be able to understand, present, drive and measure business plans in terms of financial figures and communicate it in a common business language through financial figures. Also the speed with which decisions needs to be made these days in this extremely volatile business environment makes it mandatory for a business manager to have an adequate financial knowledge . Having the knowledge not only helps you in making smarter business decisions but also helps you move up the corporate ladder. With the intention of meeting this need of business managers and entrepreneur’s from different functional areas this programme was conceptualised. This programme intends to equip its participants with a comprehensive understanding of concepts critical of business decisions. The programme ties together across different functional areas of the company to attain any company’s goal.


  • Developing the understanding of non-financial managers in formulating analysing,implementing and supporting in organisation’s financial strategies and goals.
  • Enhancing the role of a manager in moving towards a decision making role.
  • Equipping managers with extensive working knowledge on critical financial principles in a capsule form.
  • Helping them understand and analyse financial statements including profit and loss account, balance sheet, cash-flow statement operations, and identification of relevant costs and revenues.
  • Understand and appreciate the impact of various decisions on the company’s performance thus developing a holistic view.

Participation Fee

Rs.12,500/- per participant + 18% GST
10% discount for AIMA Members and for 2 participants or more from same organisation.

  • Pre-registration and pre-payment is MUST for participation, as seats are limited
  • Participation on first come first basis
  • Delegate fee is non-refundable. Changes in nominations are acceptable

Participation fee per participant includes, the course fee, Participant kit including the workbook, Tea / Coffee twice a day and lunch on both the days and Certificate of Participation
