'Reach Where You Aspire To: Leadership Training for Women', 7-8-9 December, 2017, Jodhpur

All India Management Association (AIMA), as the national apex body of management profession in the country is committed to enhancing the competence of management profession through its multifaceted activities. AIMA has a broad base of 67 Local Management Associations including two cooperating LMAs abroad, with a membership of over 30,000. AIMA is represented on the Boards of India’s premier Business Institutions and also represented on Boards of Government bodies including the AICTE, National Board of Accreditation, National Productivity Council to name a few. In addition, AIMA brings to the Indian managers, the best management practices and techniques through numerous foreign collaborations with professional bodies and institutions

It is important for women professionals to think beyond their limitations. Requisite and timely skill training can help them realise their potential and grow beyond the limitations of self and society. To promote leadership in women professionals and help create a gender neutral work culture we take many initiatives at AIMA; this training program is also designed to help women executives sharpen their managerial skills, develop new skills and carve leadership paths for themselves.

The objective of the training is to bring out common concerns of professional women and draft a futuristic action plan to face challenges and take leadership roles.

The program aims to groom more women for leadership roles and to help participants achieve their full potential.

To give transformational experience by taking time – out and reflect on business environment and imbibing managerial skills and people management skills required to deliver organisational goals and build capabilities for the next level position as they assume higher responsibilities

Training aims to build deepen confidence in women to lead.

The intervention is to help the participants learn through a variety of formats: classroom lectures and presentations, Case discussion and experience sharing. The training will be conducted in a very open, participative and collective learning format encouraging active interaction and total involvement of the Participants.
