Managers must have individual capabilities to control what happens in their own mental and physical spaces along with the ability to control what they do and how they do it. Their competence and commitment leads them to fulfill their loftiest ambitions. Being personally effective implies more than the exercise of power. To be effective, they need to manage things, processes and events. Choosing to manage what’s in their span of control is the first step toward personal effectiveness.

AIMA Centre for Skill Development and Training (CSDT) organised training programme on Managerial Effectiveness - Successfully manage tasks, gain productive work habits and achieve more on 22-23 February 2017 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

The two day programme was particularly was designed to helped managers making the transition from doing work themselves to managing others. It was designed to help walk them through the process of management by targeting specific areas – learn how to successfully manage staff, projects, performance and conflict to continuously improve your effectiveness as a manage.
