Brief Profile of Speakers :

Prof. M.M. Pant is an internationally renowned expert specialising in pedagogy, technology and the development of tools and curricula for 21st enhance the pedagogy using latest available technologies. He is especially noted for his efforts in leveraging social media for improving learning and bringing the mobile into the classroom where it has been traditionally banned. Prof. Pant's current work and interests revolve around the development, delivery and promotion of educational products, processes and services that cater for the needs and interests of future learners, a framework that is named "Learning 221". His past roles include being the Former Pro-Vice Chancellor, Indira Gandhi National OpenUniversity (IGNOU) and being on the faculty of IIT, Kanpur (the premier engineering institution in India), MLNR Engineering College and Faculty as well as Visiting Professor, University of Western Ontario, Canada.

He has been a visiting scientist at European research centres in Italy, England, Germany and Sweden. Prof. Pant is the founder of the LMP Education Trust, an organisation that supports under privileged learners.

Kartik Sharma has been a technology evangelist having experience of building disruptive technology products and high performing product teams. Kartik is an AI practitioner with experience of leveraging Machine Learning to develop conversational bots and other RPA related solutions.

Kartik has been pioneer is setting up Agnitio (www.agnit.io) which is a KPMG Hot 100 awardee, NASSCOM 10,000 Kartik led Agnitio to be part of Commonwealth First programme (https://www.commonwealthfirst.org/) run by Marlborough House, London under the chairmanship of Lord Jonathan Marland. Agnitio is a GESS UAE awardee finalist for best digital product 2018 in UAE. Kartik is a mentor with NASSCOM's WOMEN WIZARDS RULE TECH (W2RT) program & a mentor with Atal Innovation Mission of Govt. of India. Kartik has experience of working with policy level educational initiatives and implementation of large scale education products. Kartik has been a guest lecturer / mentor in various educational and training institutes across the world such as IIT, ISTD, NIPM, SHRM, IIM, LSBU London, IMT, VIPS, DSB etc.Kartik has earlier worked in Strategy and Operations in Deloitte consulting companies like Hitachi, Airtel, Aircel, ITC and many others.
