Young Leaders are the future of the organization. A younger nation calls for young leadership at strategic levels across the industry. The leaders of tomorrow have to be proficient in the face of rapidly changing technology, repeated disruptions, continuous innovations, shortened learning cycles and a dynamic ecosystem which is volatile and uncertain. At the same time, they are growing up in an environment which supports experimentation, entrepreneurial abilities and quick decision-making paving way for creating immense value for themselves, their organisations and the nation at large.

Against this backdrop of these challenges and opportunities young leadership, AIMA is organising its 6th Young Leaders Retreat in Goa from Thursday, October 26th to Saturday, October 28th, 2017 at Hotel Taj Fort Aguada, Goa. The theme of the Retreat is "Building Sustainable Value".

The retreat is being organized under the Chairmanship of Mr Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder and Vice Chairman, Naukri.com and Mr Vineet Agarwal, Managing Director, Transport Corporation of India Limited (TCIL).

The Programme is being moderated by Mr Pranjal Sharma, Economic Analyst and Writer.

AIMA organised it's 5th Young Leaders Retreat during 2nd – 4th December 2016 at Goa on the theme 'A Country for the Young - Building a New Destiny' and achieved its objective to create a vision for today's young managers, who are poised to become tomorrow's leaders. The delegates were happy to learn from the lives and experiences of inspirational leaders from different walks of life who epitomise strength, ingenuity, knowledge, foresight, and who excelled in their respective spheres with vision and inspiration.
 
The retreat was organised under the Chairmanship of Mr Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder and Vice Chairman, Naukri.com and Mr Vineet Agarwal, Managing Director, Transport Corporation of India Ltd.
