AIMA conducted its 4th National Competition for Managers (NCM) on the theme ‘ Managing Change: Achieving Excellence’. The event was held at two regional locations, Delhi and Mumbai, followed by Grand Finale in Delhi on 26th February 2020.

The presentations were judged by Mr Rajeev Bhadauria, Senior Industry Expert, Mercer, Mr Puneet Agarwal, Vice-Chairman, MIET and Ms Nina Chatrath, founder, Enhance Consulting. CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED and Gas Authority Of India Limited emerged as winner of NCM 2020 in Private and PSU category respectively KHS Group and Tata Steel stood Runner-Up I & Runner-Up II respectively in private category and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited stood Runner-Up I & II both in PSU category

NCM 2019

AIMA concluded its 3rd National Competition for Managers on 25th February, 2019 at New Delhi.

The theme for this year's Competition : "Innovative Orgasniation in Face of Digitisation and Disruption"

The Competition this year was held at two levels- Regional and National. The Regional rounds for the Competition were successfully completed in Mumbai & Delhi on 15th February and 18th February, 2019

The top 12 teams both from PSU and Private Sector competed for the National Grand Finale which was held on 25th February, 2019 at AIMA Office.

The Grand Finale was judged by:

  • Mr Vivek Mehra, CEO and MD, Sage Publications India
  • Dr Prabhu Aggarwal, Former, Chief Learning Officer, JSPL
  • Dr Jaskiran Arora, Professor, BML Munjal University

Ashok Leyland emerged as the Champions, Yes Bank as I Runners-up and Mahindra & Mahindra as II Runners-up in the Private Sector Category.

NTPC Ltd emerged as the Champions, BHEL as I Runners-up and HPCL as II Runners-up in the PSU Category.

The event was supported by Patton Ltd and K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research as sponsors.

The Competition this year was held at two levels- Regional and National. The Regional rounds for the Competition were successfully completed in Mumbai & Delhi on 23rd February, 2018.

The top 12 teams both from PSU and Private Sector competed for the National Grand Finale which was held on 8th March, 2018 at New AIMA Office

The Grand Finale was judged by:

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd emerged as the Champions, Gujarat State Fertlizers and Chemicals Ltd as I Runner-up and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd as II Runner-up in the PSU Category.
