Study Material

After admission / progression to the module, the Study Material Kit will be dispatched to the respective Nodal Centres. Students are required to collect their Study Material Kit from the concerned Nodal Centres.

DISPATCH CYCLE

  • Session: January - June : From 2nd week of January
  • Session: July - December : From 2nd week of July

Normally, students receive the material within twenty days of receiving confirmation from Admission Department.

  • Self Instruction Material
  • Books, if applicable

Value Added Material (Journals / Newsletters)

  • "Indian Management", the monthly journal of AIMA
  • "Communique", AIMA-CME's Quarterly student newsletter available at AIMA website
  • "AIMA-News", the bimonthly newsletter of AIMA

IMPORTANT :

Please update your Mobile No. or any change in address of correspondence  between December-January  and June-July through email to receive updates  at cmedata@aima.in.

On receipt of the Study Material Kit, the student should immediately check the material with the check-list given in the Kit.

FEEDBACK ON RECEIPT OF MATERIAL

The student should return the duly filled in Material Receipt Form, counter signed by Nodal Centre Co-ordinator to the Manager - Materials.

AIMA-CME can help the student only on receipt of the acknowledgement.

NON-RECEIPT OF STUDY MATERIALS

Students are required to contact their Nodal Centres for collection of their Study Material Kits only after 20 days of receiving the confirmation letter from the Admission section.  However, the students with “zero” Nodal Centre will get the Study Material at their given address.

Any request for replacement of the material (i.e. damaged packs, missing pages) should be addressed to materials@aima.in.

Students are advised to collect their material in the respective session (6 months) itself, after which AIMA / Nodal Centre will not be responsible for the Study Material Kit.
