Manage day-to day operations and administration activities of the Council.
 
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as NSDC, NSDA, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship etc.
 
Develop various reports and presentations
 
Represent MEPSC in public forums and conferencest
 
Assist in development of processes and operating manuals etc.
 
Assist, manage and implement the daily meetings, events, diary and operations of the Council.
 
Plan, manage and handle Govt or Corporate Skill Development projects e.g. PMKVY, DDU GKVY, State Skill Development Projects etc.
 
Assist in designing, planning and monitoring TTT and Train the Assessors programs.
 
Assist in planning the business development plans.
 
Assist in handling Pan India operations for training and assessments.
 
Manage multiple Training Providers (TPs), Assessment Agencies (AA), technology partners etc.
 
Produce, monitor and analyse MIS.
 
Produce training modules, policies and principles.
 
Work out the MoUs / MoAs, protocols, SOPs for achieving Operational efficiency.
 
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
 
Implement the training and assessments targets.
 
Assist in framing National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Qualification Packs (QP).
 
Assist in planning and meeting financial objectives.
 
Establish and maintain files and records for audit purposes.
Advanced Computer Skills in MS Office and DBMS
 
Excellent documentation and editing skills
 
Good Interpersonal communication skills
 
Ability to work under pressure
 
Good presentation and query handling skills
 
Willing to shoulder additional responsibilities
 
Preferably having first-hand knowledge and experience or intention of developing QP/NOS.
 
Adequate knowledge of content development, conduct of training, training delivery, curriculum alignment/mapping etc.
 
Flair for training and related activities.
 
Experience of handling teams preferably on Pan India basis.
 
High attention to detail and accuracy.
