Project Brief

Key Responsibilities
  • To generate revenue by achieving Primary and Secondary Sales targets of the assigned territory.
  • Territory development and Channel Sales and to ensure numeric and weighted distribution increase in the assigned territory.
  • Periodical Sales forecasting with analysis of historic sales data, trade inputs, sales trends and target.
  • Implementation of all Dealer/Distributor Engagement programs in the area.
  • To implement all Trade Promotion & merchandising (Visibility) programs effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per Management requirement.
  • Handling Accounts Receivables of Channel Partners.
  • Ensure distributor's efficient and effective support for the market coverage.
  • To represent Brand to ensure brand presence and visibility amongst Channel Partners/Projects.
  • Competitor activity/ market development related reporting Channel sales or trade (dealers & sub-dealers).
  • To maintain price discipline with Channel Partners and follow 100% SOPs in case of price increase as declared by company with each builder.
  • To introduce and promote new products launched by the company.
  • To address promptly any specific query, services, assistance if needed by the Channel Partners.


Skills Required
  • Must possess a passion for sales with strong direct sales skills. Extremely comfortable dealing at senior levels.
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to close.
  • Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal): Must have experience crafting and presenting effective proposals (good Knowledge of English and Local Language must).
  • Responsible and resourceful professional who operates effectively without supervision
  • Preferably from the Building Material Industry (Tiles, Sanitary ware, Glass)
  • Good contacts and strong rapport with Architects and builders. Should have been interacting with them in their current jobs.
  • Must be Pro Active and willing to take initiative.
  • Should have handled/ executed at least a couple of able projects.
