About the Programme
POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT (supported by e-Learning) is a 2 year programme divided in four modules to be delivered to students with support of Hughes Communication India Ltd. (HCIL). One to Many delivery modes using IOL platform will be used. The modular design of the programme builds a strong foundation in the basic areas of the management and allows the students to specialise in the area of their interest. The programme has the approval of the joint committee of DEC – AICTE – UGC.

Eligibility and Admission Procedure

- Candidates with minimum 50% in Graduation (under 10+2+3 scheme) from a recognised University
- Admission in PGDM can be granted on the basis of MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA / any other state level test for interested candidates with below 50% in graduation. There will be no cut off score.
- Interested Candidates if not appeared in any mentioned test and with less than 50% in graduation, if desirous for admission in the same session are required to appear in the Management Aptitude Test to be conducted by AIMA from time to time. They may be given provisional admission with an undertaking that they will appear in the Management Aptitude Test whenever finalised.

Stage 1
- Candidates should have minimum 50% in graduation or shall appear in MAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA/ any other state level test. Detailed information on these tests can be obtained from the advertisements released in various national dailies or from the respective institution/organisations.
Stage 2
- Students seeking admission to All India Management Association (AIMA)-CME should also fill up the prescribed application form, and submit the same to Admission’s Department along with required processing fee before the deadline.
Stage 3
- Appearance in face-to-face/telephonic Interview conducted by AIMA-CME.The dates for the interview would be intimated to short-listed candidates through e-mail or letter.
Stage 4
- Selected candidates after receiving the admission offer letter will submit the programme fee (1st Installment) in the form of DD of Rs. 22,500/- in favor of All India Management Association-CME payable at New Delhi.

PROJECT WORK:
Project work is the best way to practice what you have learnt. The purpose of including Project report in the Post Graduate Diploma Programmes is to provide you an opportunity to investigate a problem by applying management concepts in a scientific manner. It enables you to apply your conceptual knowledge in a practical situation and to learn the art of conducting a study in a systematic way and presenting its findings in a coherent report. This will be done in Module IV. Initially synopsis has to be submitted. On approval of the same, Project Report has to be submitted.
